Ingredients
- 1 gal. corn, cut off cob and cooked until tender
- 1 qt. chopped onion
- 1 qt. chopped ripe tomato
- 1 qt. chopped sweet pepper
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 to 3 c. sugar
- 1 qt. chopped cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 qt. vinegar
Method
- Mix all ingredients with corn and cook 30 to 40 minutes.
- For less sweet, add 2 cups sugar; for sweeter, use 3 cups sugar.
- Seal in sterilized jars.
