Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
- 1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 to 4 lb. flank steak
Method
- Combine all ingredients for marinade.
- Add flank steak and marinate overnight.
- Barbecue each side of flank steak 5 to 7 minutes over hot coals (or until cooked to your liking).
