Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Beat eggs until thick; add corn and set aside.
- Combine flour, sugar, salt and pepper; slowly stir in milk.
- Combine with corn mixture; blend well.
- Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake in a moderately slow (325°) oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
