Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients together. Add corn bread mix and fold in. Bake at 36-° for 45-50 minutes -- until a golden crust has formed over all.
