Ingredients
- 4 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) Russet potatoes
- 1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
Method
- Scrub potatoes; slice 1/4-inch thick.
- Combine remaining ingredients; toss with potatoes.
- Arrange on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes, or until tender and browned.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
