Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Beat eggs slightly.
- Add corn, milk, oil and salt; mix well. Fold in muffin mix and pour into an 8 x 8-inch dish that has been lightly greased.
- Bake for 45 minutes in a 375° oven.
