Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 1/2 c. fresh corn, cut off cob or 2 cans cream-style corn
Method
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Beat in eggs.
- Add salt, Accent and milk. Stir in corn. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until pudding is firm. Serves 6.
