Ingredients
- 1 can corn, save 3 tsp. liquid
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. red bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 c. onions, diced
- 1 small can diced green chilies
Method
- Drain corn saving 3 teaspoons of liquid.
- Melt cream cheese in the saved liquid; add bell peppers, onions and green chilies.
- Add corn; mix together and heat.
