Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- dash of nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Drain liquid from corn.
- Add eggs, flour, baking powder and nutmeg to corn.
- Mix well.
- Melt butter in a heavy skillet.
- When hot, add the corn batter by tablespoons; brown on both sides.
