Ingredients
- 2 (12 1/2 oz.) cans cut green asparagus, drained
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1 (17 oz.) can tiny English peas, drained
- 1 1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- crushed potato chips
Method
- Place asparagus in a deep, greased casserole.
- Add cheese, eggs, peas and mushroom soup.
- Sprinkle potato chips generously over the top.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Yields 10 to 12 servings.
