Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. water
Method
- Dip hot dog into batter coating evenly, then drop in hot Crisco oil and fry until golden brown, approximately 2 minutes.
