Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. milk
- 6 wieners
- 1 egg
Method
- Prepare corn muffin mix according to directions except with milk instead of water. Pour batter into mini-muffin pan with 24 cups. Fill to 3/4 full. Cut each wiener into 4 bite size pieces. Place one piece in each filled muffin cup. Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes.
