Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp. oil
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. 1% milk
- 3 c. potato cubes
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. corn kernels (frozen)
- 1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Saute green onion in oil.
- Add chicken broth, milk and potatoes.
- Boil; lower heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 12 minutes.
- Add corn.
- Cook 1 minute.
