Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 chopped onion (medium)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream stype corn
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. grated American cheese

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
  • Pour 1/2 mixture into 9-inch square casserole dish.
  • Put a layer of cheese.
  • Add the rest of the mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
