- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 chopped onion (medium)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing mix
- 1 can cream stype corn
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. grated American cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
- Pour 1/2 mixture into 9-inch square casserole dish.
- Put a layer of cheese.
- Add the rest of the mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
