Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, cut into serving pcs.
- 1/2 cup carnation evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup cooking oil
Method
- Soak chicken in carnation evaporated milk.
- Measure bread crumbs, salt, pepper and ajinomoto in a plastic bag.
- Put in 3-4 pieces chicken at a time and shake.
- Deep fat fry.
- Arrange in a platter.
- Serve hot!
