Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 10 oz. stir-fry vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Method
- Cook and stir chicken in hot oil until brown.
- Add water, veggies, soup and garlic powder.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice. Cover.
- Remove from heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve.
- Use a large skillet or wok.
