Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
Method
- Cook
- cabbage until tender in small
- amount
- of
- salted water. Drain and put in buttered baking dish.
- Make
- white sauce of the butter, flour and milk.
- Add cheese
- to sauce and pour over cabbage.
- Cover with crumbs and bake at
- 350° for 10 to 15 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
