Ingredients
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 small jar diced pimentos
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 stick margarine, melted
- pepper to taste
Method
- Mix and put into a well-greased Pyrex dish.
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 5 minutes.
- Makes a large casserole.
