Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 3/4 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 large can tomato soup
  • chili powder
  • 1 1/2 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • small amount margarine

Method

  • Saute chopped onion and green pepper in small amount of margarine in pan.
  • Add ground beef.
  • Cook until browned.
  • Add tomato soup.
  • Season with chili powder to taste (approximately 2 tablespoons).
  • Cook elbow macaroni in water as directed on package.
  • Drain.
  • Mix the cooked macaroni together with the other ingredients.
  • Serve.
