Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 3/4 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large can tomato soup
- chili powder
- 1 1/2 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- small amount margarine
Method
- Saute chopped onion and green pepper in small amount of margarine in pan.
- Add ground beef.
- Cook until browned.
- Add tomato soup.
- Season with chili powder to taste (approximately 2 tablespoons).
- Cook elbow macaroni in water as directed on package.
- Drain.
- Mix the cooked macaroni together with the other ingredients.
- Serve.
