Ingredients
- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 7 rolled Ritz crackers (or saltines)
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Beat egg; add corn, milk, honey and salt and pepper.
- Add all but a small amount of cracker crumbs and blend well.
- Place in a well-buttered casserole (approximately 6 x 10-inches) and top with remaining cracker crumbs.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 325°.
- Yields approximately 6 servings.
