- 8 c. Southern-style cornbread
- 4 c. rice, cooked
- 1 small onion, diced fine
- 1 c. celery, diced fine
- 4 eggs, boiled and chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 to 6 c. turkey or chicken broth
Method
- Combine celery, onion and butter in microwave-safe dish. Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes on High.
- In large bowl mix all ingredients together.
- Pour in large baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Dressing should be lightly browned.
- Serve immediately.
