- 1 can Shoe Peg white corn, drained
- 1 can French-cut green beans, drained
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. cream of celery soup
- 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 stick melted margarine
Method
- Mix all together, except Ritz crackers and melted margarine. Top with the crushed crackers and melted margarine.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
