Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 c. well drained, crushed pineapple
Method
- Mix flour and baking powder together and cut in margarine with a fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
- Beat egg slightly with milk and stir into flour mixture, mixing well. Spread evenly over the bottom of an 8-inch square pan.
- Spoon well drained pineapple in an even layer over crust.
