Ingredients
- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
Method
- Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves; let stand for 5 minutes and drain.
- Season meat.
- Add onion, rice and egg.
- Roll a portion of filling into each leaf; fasten with toothpicks.
- Place the rolls on rack in pressure cooker.
- Pour soup and water over rolls.
- Cook on 15 pounds of pressure for 8 minutes after jiggles.
