Ingredients

  • 8 large cabbage leaves
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. water

Method

  • Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves; let stand for 5 minutes and drain.
  • Season meat.
  • Add onion, rice and egg.
  • Roll a portion of filling into each leaf; fasten with toothpicks.
  • Place the rolls on rack in pressure cooker.
  • Pour soup and water over rolls.
  • Cook on 15 pounds of pressure for 8 minutes after jiggles.
