Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon coarse kosher salt (not table salt)
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
Method
- Combine ingredients and rub onto meat.
- Place in a zipper-locking plastic bag . Squeeze out air and refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Note: Slash your meat in a cross-hatch pattern for deeper flavor penetration prior to slathering on the rub.
