Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) box Jell-O (ex: strawberry)
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Method
- Cook cake according to directions.
- Remove and allow to cool. Poke holes in cake with fork.
- Mix Jell-O using 1 cup only of water.
- Pour Jell-O over cake, making sure all holes have Jell-O in them.
- Refrigerate until Jell-O is set in cake.
- Cover with Cool Whip when ready to serve.
- Cut into squares and garnish with strawberries, if desired.
