Ingredients

  • 800 grams pepper chicken sausages
  • 300 grams sweet corn
  • 2 medium size potatoes
  • 2 onions finely diced
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste (optional: 2 tomatoes)
  • 2 capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper powder
  • 5 coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Method

  • Pre-heat the frying pan with oil and deep fry the chicken sausages until golden brown.
  • Heat another pan, put oil and fry the potatoes until brown add pinch of salt
  • Add the other ingredients and cook for another 5mins.
  • After that cut the sausages into half , add in the curry and cook for another 3minutes.
  • Flavor with salt and pepper powder.
  • Sprinkle some finely chopped coriander leaves on top, serve hot and start eating
