- 2 Cups Yogurt
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red paprika powder
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 cup peeled and diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1 can drained garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup diced roasted red pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
Method
- 1. Blend yogurt, sour cream, sugar, salt, paprika powder, and cumin powder by hand.
- 2. Add cucumber, carrots, garbanzo beans, cilantro, and red pepper.
- 3. Let it sit for 30 minutes, stir before serving. So Easy!
