Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 (4 oz.) tuna or chicken (or more)
- 1/2 c. chopped cooked broccoli, chopped celery, carrots, onions, cabbage or mushrooms
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. each or more of whatever raw vegetable you like best
- bouillon bits or beef cubes
- soy sauce, seasoned salt or onion powder to taste (or whatever seasonings liked best)
Method
- Heat oil in wok
- or
- nonstick skillet. Add meat, fresh vegetables.
- Saute altogether
- with
- seasonings and serve over rice.
- This is low calorie.
