Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 c. cooked rice
  • 2 (4 oz.) tuna or chicken (or more)
  • 1/2 c. chopped cooked broccoli, chopped celery, carrots, onions, cabbage or mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. each or more of whatever raw vegetable you like best
  • bouillon bits or beef cubes
  • soy sauce, seasoned salt or onion powder to taste (or whatever seasonings liked best)

Method

  • Heat oil in wok
  • or
  • nonstick skillet. Add meat, fresh vegetables.
  • Saute altogether
  • with
  • seasonings and serve over rice.
  • This is low calorie.
