Ingredients
- 3 or 4 large squash
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. cornbread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt and pepper
- onions to taste
Method
- Combine squash, seasoning, cornbread crumbs and onions.
- Mix eggs and milk together before pouring over squash mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 400°.
- Top with cheese, if desired.
- Can be covered with a lid.
