Ingredients
- 1 c. asparagus, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 to 3 boiled eggs
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
Method
- Place asparagus in casserole dish and layer, ending with cracker crumbs on top.
- Dot with butter and juice of asparagus. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
