- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 small can English peas, drained
- 1/2 c. liquid from peas
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/4 c. grated carrots
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add other ingredients.
- Makes 14 molds.
