Ingredients
- 2 lb. mushrooms, washed and cut
- 1 lb. lamb, cubed
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
- water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
Method
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add meat and brown.
- Cover with water and add seasonings.
- Simmer until meat is cooked.
- Add cut mushrooms to meat and continue cooking for a few minutes until mushrooms are done.
- Serve with rice.
