Ingredients
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- pecans as desired
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
Method
- Put pie filling on bottom of pan, then pineapple with juice, then cake mix.
- Press nuts down into this.
- Dot margarine on top or melt and pour over.
- Cook at 350° for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Fresh blueberries could be cooked and thickened with cornstarch and sugar added.
