Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 bag Skinner Medium Shells (use 1/2 Bag)
- 4 cups Water
- 1 can 8 Oz Hunts Tomato Sauce
- 1 cube Chicken Flavored Bouillon (I Use Ya'sta')
Method
- Add oil to a medium size pan, add shells and toast until golden brown stirring constantly so they dont burn.
- Add 3 cups of the water, the tomato sauce and the bouillon cube breaking it up with your fingers.
- Bring to a point until liquid reduces by half.
- At this point you can cover and simmer for about 15 minutes for an al dente shell or add another cup of water then simmer for 15 minutes for a more tender shell.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add herbs if you like.
