Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 bag Skinner Medium Shells (use 1/2 Bag)
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 can 8 Oz Hunts Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cube Chicken Flavored Bouillon (I Use Ya'sta')

Method

  • Add oil to a medium size pan, add shells and toast until golden brown stirring constantly so they dont burn.
  • Add 3 cups of the water, the tomato sauce and the bouillon cube breaking it up with your fingers.
  • Bring to a point until liquid reduces by half.
  • At this point you can cover and simmer for about 15 minutes for an al dente shell or add another cup of water then simmer for 15 minutes for a more tender shell.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add herbs if you like.
