Ingredients
- 5 conchs
- 3 pieces Joe Louis strips or smoked neck bone
- 1 large onion
- 1 Tbsp. Season-All
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Method
- Clean and dice conchs.
- Put
- conchs, strips, onion and seasoning in pressure
- cooker.
- Pour water over meat, cook for 35 minutes.
- Check
- for
- tenderness of meat, if not ready cook 15 minutes more.
- Cook 1 hour on gas or electric range.
- Makes about 6 servings.
- Serve over rice.
- Delicious.
