- 1 can whole kernel white corn, drained
- 1 can French green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 3/4 c. cheese flavored cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Method
- Combine corn, green beans, soup, sour cream, cheese, celery, onion and green pepper in a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 30 minutes.
- Blend cracker crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole; bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 8 to 10.
