Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel white corn, drained
  • 1 can French green beans, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 c. cheese flavored cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Method

  • Combine corn, green beans, soup, sour cream, cheese, celery, onion and green pepper in a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 30 minutes.
  • Blend cracker crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole; bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 8 to 10.
