Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 (8 oz.) can oysters, drained
- 1/4 c. cream
- 1/2 c. very fine breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Cut bacon slices in half.
- Arrange in two layers on paper towel with paper between layers and on top.
- Cook 3 minutes until partially done. Drain oysters.
- Dip each one in cream.
- Roll in breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.
- Wrap each coated oyster in bacon and hold together with toothpick.
- Roll again in coating. Arrange on paper plate, double paper toweling top and bottom. Cook 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
