Ingredients
- ??? boneless chicken breast portions
- margarine
- flour
- 6 thin slices ham
- 6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. white cooking wine
Method
- Lightly flour breasts.
- Saute in margarine about 20 minutes until brown.
- Place ham slice on each breast, a pat of margarine on that and Parmesan cheese on margarine.
- Place lid on skillet and steam about 5 minutes.
- Take up chicken and place on platter.
- Pour wine into drippings.
- Cook until slightly thickened.
- Pour over chicken.
- Serves 6.
