Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked med. pasta shells
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded & chopped
  • 12 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 14 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion (fresh)
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup (heaping)
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon paprika
  • 18 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Cook pasta according to pkg.
  • drain & rinse in cold water.
  • In large serving bowl, mix together the pasta,tomatoes,bell pepper,cucumber & onion.
  • In a small bowl whisk together: sugar,oil,ketchup,vinegar,salt,paprika & pepper till smooth.
  • Toss with pasta mixture.
  • cover & refrigerate until very well chilled.
