- 1 head green cabbage
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 medium Spanish onion
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
Method
- Rinse cabbage, remove dark tough outer leaves.
- Cut cabbage in 1/2 and then into quarters.
- Remove core.
- Shred cabbage finely with knife or food processor.
- Core a green pepper.
- Remove seeds and ribs.
- Cut pepper into thin rings.
- Slice onion and separate into thin rings.
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
