Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 3/8 c. salad oil
Method
- Process first three ingredients in food processor.
- Sprinkle sugar over mixture and let stand.
- Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil on high heat.
- Pour over cabbage mixture while still hot.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Will stay good for several days.
