Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 3/4 c. flaked coconut
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat eggs until fluffy.
- Stir in all ingredients.
- Pour in 9-inch deep dish pie crust or 16 tarts.
- Bake pie at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Bake tart at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
