Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Method
- Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in egg whites and almond extract.
- Mix well.
- Drop from spoon onto lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove from sheet immediately. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
