Ingredients
- 80 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 1/2 sticks melted oleo
- 2 small boxes instant coconut cream pudding mix
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Mix together Ritz crackers and melted oleo.
- Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk until thick.
- Add ice cream; mix well.
- Pour over crust.
- Spread Cool Whip over pudding mix.
- Save some crumbs for top.
- May be frozen.
