Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 cans water or chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- pepper to taste
Method
- Cut cooked chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
- Place in a 4-quart casserole dish.
- Add uncooked rice.
- Mix soup and water until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour over chicken and rice.
- Stir to blend.
- Bake at 375° for 50 minutes.
