Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups grated coconut
  • 7/8 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • 1 13/16 cups milk chocolate
  • 7 tablespoons butter

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a cup and whisk at vel.7 for 1 min. Stop half way and lower the sidewalls dough with the spatula.
  • Remove the dough from the cup to a plate and make small balls.
  • Place in a freeze container.
  • Place the dough in the cold for 1 hour.
  • If we are not worhing the chocolate the same day the chocolate, place only the small balls in the fridge.
  • Place the chocolate in the cup and grind for 7 sec., Vel.8.
  • Add the butter in pieces and schedule 3 min., Temp.50 and vel.2 / 3.
  • Allow the chocolate to cool down sightly.
  • Remove the small balls of dough from the cold and get them through the chocolate, with the help of a fork or spoon so that they are fully covered.
  • Place the balls to dry (is very fast) on a flat surface, lined with parchment paper or on a silicone mat.
  • After cold put in small paper cups... or just eat them!
