Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unjury chocolate protein powder (2 scoops)
- 4 ounces skim milk, frozen into cubes
- 2 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 ounces skim milk
- 1 ounce fresh cherries, pitted
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Tip: You can use frozen cherries if you can't find fresh.
