Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 lb. sausage meat
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 loaf bread (Pepperidge Farm or Arnold)
Method
- Cook hamburg and sausage; drain off grease.
- Add cheese and seasonings; mix well.
- Spread on bread, after cutting off crusts. Prefreeze on cookie sheets for 5 minutes.
- Freeze in individual packages.
- When ready to use, cut in 4 pieces.
- While frozen, broil about 3 minutes, or until lightly browned.
