Ingredients
- 6 to 8 potatoes, cubed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 lb. crispy bacon
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz. jar mayonnaise
Method
- Boil potatoes and onion in water until almost soft.
- Drain, then add cheese, mayonnaise and 3/4 of bacon.
- Mix together and put in a casserole dish.
- Next, top with rest of bacon, crumbled. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
